Welcome to WonderAtlas: 3D Earth Map (“WonderAtlas,” “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of WonderAtlas. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use WonderAtlas.

1. About WonderAtlas

WonderAtlas is a world-exploration application that may provide features including:

• Interactive 3D Earth and map exploration
• Countries and destinations
• Famous landmarks and world wonders
• Street-level imagery where available
• Guided virtual journeys
• Nearby place discovery
• Favorites and bucket lists
• Visited-place tracking
• Virtual passport stamps
• Exploration progress and achievements
• Optional WonderAtlas Pro features

Features, content, geographic coverage, and availability may vary by device, operating system, country, location, third-party provider, and App version.

2. License to Use WonderAtlas

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use WonderAtlas for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, exploit, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary components of WonderAtlas except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

Your use of the iOS version of WonderAtlas is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms.

3. Maps, 3D Content and Street-Level Imagery

WonderAtlas may display maps, geographic information, 3D imagery, street-level imagery, destination information, photographs, and related content provided by third parties.

Coverage is not guaranteed for every country, city, landmark, or destination.

3D or street-level imagery available for one destination may not be available for another.

We do not guarantee that map information, geographic data, imagery, addresses, coordinates, place information, or other geographic content will always be complete, current, accurate, or available.

Third-party map and imagery content may also be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.

4. Not a Navigation or Safety Service

WonderAtlas is primarily intended for exploration, discovery, and informational purposes.

Do not rely on WonderAtlas as your sole source for navigation, emergency information, safety-critical decisions, transportation conditions, restricted-area information, or other situations where inaccurate or outdated information could result in harm.

Where WonderAtlas provides access to external navigation functionality, navigation may be handled by a third-party application or service.

Always follow applicable laws, official signs, local restrictions, and real-world conditions.

5. Location Services

Some features, such as Nearby, may request access to your device location.

Location access is optional unless a particular feature requires it to function.

You can manage location permission through your device settings.

Your use of location-related functionality is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. WonderAtlas Pro

WonderAtlas may provide free functionality as well as optional premium functionality through WonderAtlas Pro.

Premium features may include additional exploration experiences, destinations, journeys, or other functionality identified within the App.

The features included with WonderAtlas Pro may evolve over time. Any material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and App Store requirements.

7. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

WonderAtlas Pro may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Current subscription options may include:

WonderAtlas Monthly Pro — $5.99/month

WonderAtlas Yearly Pro — $24.99/year

Prices shown above may be reference prices. Your actual price and currency are the price displayed by the Apple App Store before you confirm your purchase. Prices may vary by country or region.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period.

Renewal is charged to your Apple Account according to the subscription price displayed by Apple.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Deleting WonderAtlas does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

8. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

WonderAtlas may offer free trials or other promotional subscription offers to eligible users.

Where offered, eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial with WonderAtlas Yearly Pro.

At the end of the free trial, the subscription automatically converts to the applicable paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may depend on previous subscriptions, purchases, account history, country, or other factors.

The exact trial duration, renewal price, and conditions displayed by Apple before purchase control your transaction.

9. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system must be managed through your Apple Account.

You can generally manage subscriptions through:

Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions

Cancellation becomes effective according to Apple's applicable subscription terms. You generally retain access to paid features until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

10. Restore Purchases

WonderAtlas may provide a Restore Purchases option for eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account.

Restoration depends on Apple's systems and the availability and status of the applicable purchase.

11. Refunds

Purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system are processed by Apple.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are therefore generally handled according to Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures.

WonderAtlas does not independently process Apple App Store payment-card transactions.

12. Third-Party Services

WonderAtlas may rely on third-party services for functionality such as:

• Maps and geographic content
• 3D imagery
• Street-level imagery
• Destination photographs or information
• In-app purchases and subscription management
• Analytics or diagnostics
• Crash reporting
• External navigation

Third-party services may have separate terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for interruptions or changes caused solely by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

13. Intellectual Property

WonderAtlas's original software, design, branding, logo, interface, organization, graphics, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The WonderAtlas name, branding, and related original assets may not be copied or commercially used without authorization.

Certain maps, photographs, geographic information, trademarks, landmark imagery, or other materials may belong to their respective owners or third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of WonderAtlas intellectual property to you.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use WonderAtlas for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App
• Attempt unauthorized access to App systems or services
• Circumvent premium-access or subscription controls
• Abuse APIs or third-party services used by WonderAtlas
• Scrape or automatically extract content where prohibited
• Redistribute protected App content without permission
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Use the App in a way that violates another person's rights
• Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with WonderAtlas

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the App, its users, or applicable third-party services.

15. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that WonderAtlas or every feature will always be available.

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued because of technical requirements, third-party service changes, legal requirements, product improvements, or other legitimate reasons.

Internet-dependent features require a compatible internet connection.

16. Accuracy of Information

Destination descriptions, geographic information, photographs, categories, coordinates, and other informational content are provided for general informational and exploration purposes.

Although we aim to provide useful information, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or current.

Verify important travel, accessibility, opening-hour, entry, safety, visa, transportation, and similar information using authoritative sources before making real-world decisions.

17. Privacy

Your use of WonderAtlas is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, processed, used, and protected.

The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WonderAtlas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, universal geographic coverage, or that every map, image, location, or piece of information will be accurate or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use WonderAtlas.

This includes issues resulting from inaccurate geographic information, third-party service interruptions, network failures, or reliance on informational content.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

20. Apple-Specific Terms

If you download WonderAtlas through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and WonderAtlas, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting WonderAtlas except as required by applicable law or Apple's own terms.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to your licensed use of the App where applicable.

Your use of WonderAtlas must comply with the applicable App Store terms and usage rules.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when WonderAtlas changes or when legal, regulatory, operational, or App Store requirements change.

The updated version will show a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of WonderAtlas after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
