WonderAtlas: 3D Earth Map

Welcome to WonderAtlas Support. If you need help with the app, subscriptions, purchases, maps, 3D exploration, or other features, contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

When contacting support, please include:

  • Your device model

  • iOS/iPadOS version

  • WonderAtlas app version

  • A short description of the issue

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.

Subscriptions & Purchases

WonderAtlas Pro is available through Apple In-App Purchase.

If you have an active subscription but premium features are not available, open WonderAtlas and select Restore Purchases.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through:

Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions

Deleting WonderAtlas does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Map, 3D & Street View Support

Availability of 3D maps, street-level imagery, landmarks, and geographic content may vary by location and provider coverage.

If a destination does not support a particular map experience, other available exploration options may still be shown.

Location

WonderAtlas may request location permission for features such as discovering nearby places.

Location access is optional and can be changed at any time in your device settings.
